Shipping Information


Bold HomeStore takes extra effort to ensure that your shipments arrive safely and in a timely manner. Bold HomeStore offers free shipping on all orders within the continental U.S only. Any shipments outside of the continental U.S. will require approval and freight charges paid before shipment.

Ground Parcel

Most of the products will ship standard UPS, FedEx, or USPS. However, due to weight, distance, and/or special packaging requirements, BoldHomeStore.com reserves the right to select the most effective shipping carrier, and to consolidate complete orders.

Overnight or Second Day delivery is available on most items for an add-on shipping and handling charge. Please contact our customer service department for details, and costs.

Motor Freight

Due to the size and/or weight, some of our products must ship via motor freight.  There is no expedited delivery for motor freight items. Motor freight delivery includes delivery to the curb of the shipping address only. Please make arrangements to have adequate help to transfer the item from the truck to the house. Any additional services, such as inside delivery or lift gate for off loading, shall be negotiated between the buyer and the freight company and will not be the responsibility of BoldHomeStore.com. The motor freight company will call to set up an appointment for delivery. Therefore, a daytime contact phone number is required, for notification by the freight company. An authorized individual must be available on site for receipt of shipment, inspection of shipment, and delivery confirmation signature.

Motor freight is only available within the Continental U.S. Please contact customer service for any additional requirements. Bold HomeStore reserves the right to select the shipping method and carrier for all shipments.

Shipments Outside the Continental U.S.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin islands is quoted on a per order basis. If you would like an order shipped outside the continental United States, please contact our customer service department for procedures and policy.

Order Confirmation

After your order is placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. In the event that you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact us to confirm that we have received your order. A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent by e-mail after your order has shipped. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays will be processed the following business day. In stock orders normally will ship within one to two days of processing.


If an item is a special order or temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with a phone call or via e-mail with the estimated lead time.
